About this file

This document is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for a high-voltage diode procurement. The solicitation (N0016425Q06400) is issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division and has extended the response due date to 28 August 2025. The procurement will use a Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation method with four technical acceptance factors: technical approach, delivery, past performance, and constructive acceptance.

Key requirements include providing diodes with a repetitive reverse voltage of 3000 VDC, experience in encapsulating/potting high-voltage diodes for airborne applications at 50,000 feet, and ability to integrate diodes in small footprint assemblies (2 cubic inches or smaller). Vendors must be small businesses with current SAM.gov accounts, and will be evaluated based on their Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) ratings. The contract will be a firm fixed-price award using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, with pricing evaluated including all option quantities. Responsive quotes must include a signed SF18, delivery schedule, complete pricing for all Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs), and a completed Technical Evaluation Matrix.
