The RFP also states, “For the purpose of proposal evaluation, the Offeror shall utilize the above estimates.” Since the Government has not provided drawings or any specifics on these installs, please confirm that the resultant contract will allow the Offeror to propose these costs per Task Order and will not be held to these estimated amounts.
A26: See Amendment 0004 Summary of Changes – ODC and Material Table addition. The estimates included are to be utilized for proposal evaluation and to give offerors an approximation on anticipated total cost in order to establish a total ceiling cost at time of contract award. Task Orders will be negotiated on an individual basis. See Section H – Special Contract Requirements for additional anticipated ordering procedures.

A28: As stated in A26, these estimates are for proposal evaluation purposes. The awardee will receive payment for allowable incurred costs per Task Order, to the extent prescribed in the final contract. Task Orders will be negotiated on an individual basis. See Section H – Special Contract Requirements for additional anticipated ordering procedures.

Should ROM requirements be lifted, no 14 day advanced travel requirement shall be planned.
Please clarify this requirement.
A53: The COVID-19 requirement is a potential requirement where the contractor has to be flexible and should propose as requested. This installation is located CONUS, anticipated work force will be local to the area, however the AIT may have a travel requirement needed, for example the AIT Lead and a Welder. The proposal should be to the paragraph. Should the offeror not have local team in the area and would require a full team to travel, offeror would include that in the proposal
Q54: Page 186, Attachment 09-CVN SOW. CORRECTION DEFICIENCY REPORTS (CDR) shall be identified, documented, and reported to the Contracting Officer as quickly as possible due to the short installation time period to ensure that concurrence and funding is promptly responded to. Please verify that this is the same as CDRL A013 (Corrective Action Report).
