About this file

This is Amendment 0002 to Solicitation N0010426RK080, a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Requirement issued by NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Mech on October 2, 2026. The amendment provides formal Government responses to questions submitted by prospective offerors regarding the procurement of a Critical Safety Item (CSI).

Key clarifications from Government responses include: (1) proposals must include pricing both with and without First Article Testing (FAT), with offerors permitted to request FAT waivers for Government evaluation; (2) offerors may propose waivers for CDRL A004 Project Planning Chart; (3) the Lot Acceptance Testing (LAT) approval extension has been extended from 15 calendar days to 30 calendar days; (4) requests for additional primers as Government Furnished Property require detailed justification including a breakdown of primer quantities by category; (5) both FAT and LAT testing will be conducted at the Contractor's facility; and (6) delivery timing should reference Section F of the solicitation. Electronic offer submission should be directed to alicia.l.wargo.civ@us.navy.mil. The contracting officer is Lesley Coomes, and the issuing office is NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Mech, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, with primary contact Alicia Wargo.
