About this file
This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for repair services on a valve/actuator assembly for the Naval Supply Systems Support Mechanicsburg facility, issued May 7, 2026.
The procurement seeks teardown, evaluation, repair, and/or modification of NSN 7HH 4810-01-608-4440 valve/actuator assemblies with zero shelf life. The Government requires a 120-day repair turnaround time (RTAT) with Government Source Inspection (GSI) and Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) Statement of Work compliance. Quotations must include unit pricing, total price, firm-fixed or estimated pricing designation, Return Material Authorization (RMA) number if applicable, delivery vehicle information for applicable companies, repair RTAT in days, and capacity constraints if the company cannot meet the Government's required 120-day RTAT. Testing and evaluation pricing should be provided separately if the asset is determined Beyond Repair (BR) or Beyond Economic Repair (BER), with a maximum not-to-exceed (NTE) amount. A 100% option quantity is available for exercise within 365 days of contract award at the unit price specified. The quotation must include inspection and acceptance at origin, with delivery to W25G1U. Pricing should compare repair cost to the cost of purchasing new units. All freight is FOB Origin. Three units are required as the base line item with one optional variant (0001AA and 0001AB respectively). Quotations must be returned by the close of business date specified, with delivery expected within 120 days of award. The contract is not a small business set-aside, and the contracting office is located at NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support, Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050-2411, with additional contact information provided for inquiries.
