About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the production, acceptance, and delivery of MJU-64/B and MJU-66/B infrared countermeasure decoys designed to protect aircraft from heat-seeking missiles. The three-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is for the Department of the Navy, solicited under number N0010425RK040, with a focus on pyrophoric devices that require rigorous testing and quality control processes.

The SOW details extensive requirements for first article testing, lot acceptance testing, and infrared output correlation testing at government facilities like NSWC Crane. Key milestones include submitting the first article sample 120 calendar days after contract award, with the first production lot delivery due 109 calendar days after first article acceptance. The contractor must maintain a SECRET facility clearance, implement comprehensive statistical process control (SPC) methods, and ensure all production occurs within the United States. The document mandates detailed reporting, measurement system evaluations, and strict quality management protocols consistent with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
