Award of the IDIQ contract will be based on source selection criteria, as contained in Section M of the solicitation.
C2. DESCRIPTION OF WORK REQUIREMENTS
This IDIQ contract will be used for ordering new 4.5k Counterbalanced Stand-up Rider (CSUR) forklifts for Navy, Marine Corps and other federal activities worldwide. The work contemplated under this IDIQ contract will include, but not be limited to: design; fabrication; forklift testing; and operational training. Forklifts will be designed and manufactured in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (Section J1 Attachment).
Application for use of the material handling equipment to be procured under this IDIQ contract covers the requirements for counterbalance style, stand-up rider, electric-powered forklift trucks for use on Navy ships. Award of the contract will be based upon a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation as described in Section M of this solicitation.
C4. MINIMUM GUARANTEE
