About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for an SF1 Request for Information (RFI).
The document addresses three key inquiries from potential respondents regarding document access and technical requirements. First, it clarifies that no SF1-related documents are available in MIDSVue, and that only TLR 1.5 is currently accessible through JWICS; respondents must provide a JWICS email address to obtain access. Second, it confirms that the RFI references the approved TLR 1.5, despite SOW paragraph 3.1.1 mentioning TLR 1.6, which is currently in draft status with primarily grammatical updates and minor requirement clarifications. Third, it states that no Technical Data Package (TDP) will be provided since this is not a build-to-print request, and respondents should develop their Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates accordingly without detailed design specifications.

SF1 RFI Questions & Answers
1. I have MIDSVue access and logged on, didn’t see any SF1 related documents and looks like I don’t currently have access to the SF1 IR module. Please let me know what, if any, documents I should be looking for there.
Government Response: This was an error as there are no documents available in MIDSVue and only the TLR 1.5 is available. Please provide a JWICS email address and we will provide access to the TLR 1.5.
2. Please provide a link to the JWICS TLR file or location so our team can more easily track that down for review. Also, can you confirm we are looking for TLR 1.5? In the SOW paragraph 3.1.1 you mention TLR 1.6, but version 1.5 is referenced everywhere else.
Government Response: Currently, the TLR 1.6 is in draft for review. Updates are mainly grammatical with some clarification to requirements, thus the RFI only refers to the approved
TLR 1.5.
3. Will a Technical Data Package (TDP) be provided? Without a TDP it will be difficult to provide an appropriate level of fidelity in our ROM.
Government Response: This is not a build to print request; therefore, there is no TDP available.
