About this file
This is a Terms of Use Agreement from the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) for accessing Government Furnished Information (GFI) related to sources sought notice N00024-25-R-6108 for Large Vertical Array (LVA) production. The agreement outlines the conditions for receiving and handling both Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and classified technical documents related to OHIO Class and VIRGINIA Class submarine sonar systems.
The GFI package includes seven CUI technical documents covering specifications for LVA outboard electronics, acoustic panels, CAVES sensors, and cable assemblies, plus two classified performance specifications. Recipients are limited to printing 10 copies maximum, must have appropriate security clearances, and must destroy all documents within 30 days after the Sources Sought response date. The agreement prohibits disclosure to foreign nationals or U.S. citizens employed by foreign entities, requires strict document control under NISPOM guidelines, and mandates acknowledgment by the company's Facility Security Officer. Recipients must submit the signed agreement to NAVSEA contracting officers Matthew Nalls and Stuart Burman before receiving the technical documentation.
