About this file

This document contains a Request for Information (RFI) and related federal contract opportunity notice. The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is seeking information to determine the feasibility of a future procurement for commercial Marine Material and Services in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) objectives. The potential IDIQ contract would have a ceiling of $5 million over five years to allow eligible foreign partner nations to obtain approved services and material support for small boats through the FMS program and other US government assistance programs. Key services of interest include mobile training, repair, engineering support, and follow-on technical assistance. Respondents are asked to provide details on capabilities, pricing, and past performance for labor categories including project manager, boat technician, logistics specialist, and electronic technician.
