About this file

This document contains questions and answers from an industry day conference held by the Naval Sea Systems Command to provide information to industry on the Integrated Submarine Imaging System and Tactically Oriented Technology Insertion Mast programs. Key details include that the conference overviewed high-level requirements and mast configurations for the programs, with ISIS integrating inboard electronics with outboard sensors to provide submarine imaging capabilities, and TOTIM being a future generation 360-degree panoramic photonics mast. Attendees were limited to four per organization and responses to written follow-up questions submitted after the conference would be provided via FedBizOpps. The conference did not involve any proposals or contracting opportunities.

4. The performance requirements are now required to be satisfied for both the VA class and the Columbia class lengths of dip loop (i.e. communications and ES.)

5. The counter detection requirements for the radar have been better refined.

Q5
What required delivery schedule for each CLIN does NAVSEA anticipate requiring? When does NAVSEA anticipate requiring the delivery of the first production unit(s)?
A5
