Paragraph 3.0 the RFP states to submit all proposal documents via PIEE. The last paragraph on the page also states to submit the proposal to the CS and PCO per the SF 33 and in the same paragraph again states that PIEE is the only way to submit and email submissions are not accepted. Contractor requests clarification as to which of the two processes are to be followed and recommend removing all references directing the submission to be accomplished via email.

Contractors should submit all proposals through PIEE. Do not send via email to the CS or PCO. This has been corrected via Amendment 0001.

21, Statement of Work;

84, C-251-H001

In the Statement of Work, "The Contractor shall utilize Navy and Defense Supply Systems as the initial resource for obtaining parts and materials for work accomplished under the terms of this contract..."

This is contradicted by C-251-H001, "This contract has been priced on the basis that, except as specifically provided elsewhere in this contract with regards to Government furnished property, the Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, equipment and supplies for performance of this contract. If the Contractor uses the Naval Supply

System, it has elected to use the system for its own convenience to meet its contractual obligations to perform the work under this contract..." Request clarification.

The Navy will review the Statement of Work to determine if any language needs updating.

4 L-215-H007 L-215-H007 lists the deadline for receipt of questions to be 17 June 2024. As this is the same as the proposal due date, was this provided in error?

Amendment 0001 has corrected the question submission date to 07 June 2024.
