About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) Attachment 2 Questionnaire related to a federal contract opportunity for Royalty Auditing Services. The RFI is issued by the Department of the Navy, Office of Naval Research.

The questionnaire asks prospective vendors 16 detailed questions about their experience and capabilities in conducting trademark licensing royalty audits, including the number of audits performed, experience with government contracts, cost structures, travel requirements, compliance verification processes, and handling of confidential data and unauthorized manufacturers. The responses to these questions will be used by the agency to gather information to potentially develop a future solicitation for these services.
