Description:

The 316 Operation Support Squadron (OSS) needs to provide the Tactical Air Crew Dry Suit System MSF300 to equip their UH-1N aircrew with approved anti-exposure suits. The suit will enable emergency egress into the different bodies of water. The suit will ensure aviators do not experience hypothermia effects until rescue can arrive or their immediate extraction. If the OSS doesn't receive anti exposure suits, it would limit the UH-1N fleets capability to conduct over water operations and emergency requirements in the winter months. If a member were to emergency egress in this open water without the anti-exposure suit, it could cause loss of life. This is a brand name requirement.

The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the items listed in Attachment 1 – Mustang Suits Salient Characteristics.
