About this file
This document is a sole source justification for acquiring Mad Security services from Swish Data Corporation. The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service seeks to procure Managed Security Services Provider and Vulnerability Management services from Swish Data to continue their existing work. Swish Data and Mad Security currently have an intimate knowledge of FMCS's systems and networks, having completed similar work previously. Switching vendors at this stage would require additional time and funds for a new provider to get up to speed. The estimated value and option periods are redacted. The justification is approved by James Donnen on August 5, 2023 and Erika LeTourneau on August 8, 2023. The related federal contract opportunity is solicitation number 93310023Q0014 for Mad Security services from Swish Data as a sole source provider to the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service.

| Option4: Swish Data and Mad Security already have intimate knowledge of our existing systems and networks and have been completing similar/the same work to date and have executed our Cybersecurity Framework. Switching to another vendor at this point would require time and potentially more funding as the new vendor would have to get up to speed with FMCS processes and learn our systems. |
