About this file

This document is a Notice of Intent to Award for a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the State of Michigan Department of Technology, Management & Budget Printing Services. The RFQ is for the production of the MSP WLEC CONFERENCE BOOK in quantities of 300 and 600. The solicitation was issued to four vendors, and the recommended vendor is IMAGE PRINTING. The evaluation process considered factors such as turnaround time, price, experience, and whether the work would be printed in Michigan. The Notice of Intent to Award does not guarantee an actual award, as Printing Services reserves the right to perform the work in-house. The contract opportunity is related to the state of Michigan and the local jurisdictions of Ingham County and the City of Lansing.

The pricing details for the 300 and 600 book quantities are provided, with IMAGE PRINTING offering the lowest prices at $510 and $840, respectively. The other vendors' prices ranged from $678.64 to $2,062 for the respective quantities. The Notice indicates that Printing Services, in consultation with the customer, may elect to award to a vendor with a higher bid if it provides better value based on turnaround time or other criteria.
