About this file

This is a Notice of Intent to Award from the State of Michigan's Department of Technology, Management & Budget Printing Services for RFQ #200000000035 regarding MSP Vehicle Evaluation Books. The project requires the production of 400 books, with Mark Miller serving as the consulting contact. The notice includes evaluation results from five bidders and outlines the protest submission process, which must be submitted electronically through the Vendor Self Service system by the posted deadline.

The pricing submissions ranged from $1,980.00 to $6,244.00, with Data Repro submitting the lowest bid and being recommended as the vendor. The evaluation criteria included pricing, turnaround time, price hold, Michigan printing location, and experience, with points allocated across these categories. Data Repro scored highly across all categories, achieving perfect scores in price hold (25/25), Michigan printing location (25/25), and experience (25/25), with a turnaround score of 17/25. The notice indicates that while the lowest responsible bidder is typically selected, Printing Services may elect to award to a higher bidder if better value is demonstrated through turnaround time or other criteria.
