About this file
This document is a specification from the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development for aggregate, riprap. It covers the general requirements for stone or recycled concrete riprap to be used in maintenance activities, including the required physical properties, size ranges, and gradation percentages for three different riprap classes (30 lb, 55 lb, and 130 lb). The minimum thickness of the riprap layer is specified as no less than the maximum stone size diameter for each class. No other details about a contract opportunity, such as response dates, site visits, or award information, are provided in this document.
The document does not contain any information about pricing terms, set asides, incumbent contractors, funding sources, or other contractual details. It is solely focused on the technical specifications for the riprap material.
