D) General Building Repair (lighting, vent cleaning, commercial door hardware and thresholds and STC doors and frames (to include large commercial electric and hand powered roll up doors, and security and vault doors), flooring, irrigation systems, wall repair and minor painting, ceramic tile, fans, air compressor, general carpentry, roof leaks, etc. )
E) Electrical PM/Repair (includes Interior and Exterior facility requirements, Automatic Transfer Switches, Switchgear, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS <550kva), breakers & electrical panels, control panels, etc.) Please specify which, if any.
