MARKET RESEARCH QUESTIONNAIRE

Occupational Training Program Provider-Cosmetology

Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Waseca, Minnesota

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, is conducting market research in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 10. The service is for the provision of Cosmetology Instructor services. The services will be provided at the Federal Correctional Institution (hereinafter referred to as FCI) Waseca, located in Waseca, Minnesota. The physical address is 1000 University Drive, South West, Waseca, Minnesota, 56093. The contract shall consist of five a base year and four (4) 12 months option years for renewal. The Government contemplates awarding a firm fixed unit price contract. It is estimated that 1550 sessions will be needed for each year for the Occupational Training Program Provider-Cosmetology Instructor. The NAICS Code is 611210. The size standard is 22.0 million.
