MARKET RESEARCH QUESTIONNAIRE
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) III Services
Federal Medical Center (FMC) Devens, Massachusetts
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, is conducting Market Research in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 10. The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to establish a single (one) contract for the provision of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) III Services for the inmate population at the Federal Medical Center (FMC) Devens, MA.
The services will be performed in the Health Services Department at FMC Devens, MA. All expectations and duties are outlined in the attached Statement of Work. It is anticipated that a solicitation will be issued for the provision of six (6) Licensed Practical Nurses. It is estimated that the following sessions will be needed for each 12-month option year: 12,480 sessions for Licensed Practical Nurse. A session is defined as one hour. This requirement includes a base year and four additional one-year option years. The Government contemplates awarding a single indefinite delivery requirement type contract with firm-fixed unit prices.

The information gathered from Market Research will be vital in the formation and set-aside status of the solicitation. The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to establish award for the provision of Licensed Practical Nursing Services at FMC Devens, MA.
