About this file

This document is an instructional guide for vendors submitting proposals to the Commonwealth of Kentucky through the MOVEit TRANSFER secure file transfer system. The guide provides step-by-step procedures for accessing the submission portal at https://ftp.ky.gov, logging in with provided credentials, navigating to the appropriate request for proposal folder, and uploading proposal documents. Vendors are instructed to utilize the Notes section to input contact information and relevant comments, and to upload files through either the browse function or drag-and-drop functionality. There is no file size limit for submissions. After uploading all required documents, vendors should print the screen displaying successful uploads (indicated by green checkmarks) as verification of submission and then log out of the system.

The document emphasizes that all files retained on MOVEit applications are subject to automatic deletion after 90 days unless otherwise requested. For vendors experiencing login issues or requiring technical assistance, the Commonwealth Service Desk can be contacted at CommonwealthServiceDesk@ky.gov or by telephone at 502-564-7576. When contacting support, vendors should include their KY RFB number, telephone number, and a detailed description of any errors encountered. The guide also references available user guides and additional help resources accessible through the MOVEit Transfer Help section and the Commonwealth of Technology MOVEit team contact information.
