About this file
This is a technical instruction document for the MOVEit TRANSFER secure file transfer system used by the Commonwealth of Kentucky's Cabinet for Health and Family Services (CHFS) for vendor bid submissions related to the Intensive Therapeutic Foster Care contract opportunity (C3018-0). The document provides step-by-step guidance for vendors accessing the FTP application at https://ftp.ky.gov using the credentials provided (username: chfsrfp, password: Submitter2020). Vendors are instructed to log in, navigate to the folder corresponding to their specific project bid, and upload their proposal files using either the drag-and-drop or browse function. The system supports unlimited file size uploads and includes a NOTES section where vendors should input their contact information and any relevant comments about submitted files.
The document emphasizes that file retention on MOVEit applications is limited to 90 days unless otherwise requested, and vendors are highly recommended to print screen confirmations as verification of successful file submissions. Technical support is available through the Commonwealth Service Desk at CommonwealthServiceDesk@ky.gov or by calling 502-564-7576, with additional support available by copying COTMOVEITFTP@ky.gov on assistance requests. Support requests should include the vendor's kyrfb identifier, telephone number, and detailed descriptions of any errors or technical issues encountered during the submission process.
