About this file

This document is a Question/Answer Document related to a Request for Response (RFR) issued by the Massachusetts Office of Travel & Tourism (MOTT) for Website Maintenance services. The RFR indicates that MOTT is looking to integrate and link the mafilm.org and visitma.com websites, with the goal of having one unified website. The RFR also outlines expectations for bi-weekly and monthly progress updates, as well as examples of the types of maintenance and troubleshooting that have been required for the existing websites over the past year. MOTT expects the selected vendor to provide regular system checks to ensure the websites are functioning correctly across all device types.

The document does not provide details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient commercial information. The focus is on the scope of work, deliverables, and technical requirements for the website maintenance services.
