About this file

This is a Salient Characteristics document outlining the requirements for a nonpersonal services contract to provide TV monitor rental support for the Enterprise Multimedia Center (EMC) at Fort Eustis, Virginia, in support of Project Convergence Capstone 6 at Fort Irwin, California. The contractor must deliver and pick up eighteen (18) TV monitors with rolling stands, consisting of ten (10) 85-inch monitors, five (5) 98-100 inch monitors, and three (3) 55-60 inch monitors. All monitors must include at least one HDMI input, though audio capability is not required. The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, transportation, and non-personal services necessary for delivery and pickup only; monitor setup is not required.

The period of performance spans from delivery on June 29, 2026 at 1200 hours to pickup on July 30, 2026 at 1200 hours. The place of performance is Leaders Training Program, Building 130, Fort Irwin, California 92310, where both delivery and pickup will occur at the same location. This is a one-time, short-term rental requirement driven by the EMC's insufficient on-hand resources to support the Capstone 6 project. The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation Sources Sought Notice (Solicitation Number: PANMCC26P0000046823) issued by the Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Eustis for market research purposes to identify capable vendors registered on SAM.gov.
