About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a federal contract opportunity to provide molded ear pieces (CEP-C15) for the HGU-56 flight helmet. The Colorado Army National Guard is the procuring agency, and the solicitation number is W912LC-24-Q-0087.
The SOW requires the supplier to conduct molding services at two specified locations in Colorado, producing a total of 184 ear molds. The supplier must make two sets of CEP-C15 ear pieces per crew member, in a subdued color pattern, that are compatible with the HGU-56 flight helmet. The supplier will label the ear mold and completed CEP for each individual, and provide remakes for any improperly fitting earpieces for 90 days after delivery. Pricing will be based only on the molds and CEP-C15 pieces actually produced. This contract opportunity is 100% set aside for small businesses, and responses to the solicitation are due by the stated deadline.
