About this file

This document is a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (OTFAOC) for a federal contract opportunity. The CTSS III contract supports communications services for U.S. Air Force personnel at locations in Southwest Asia, including telephone, satellite, network, and radio operations and maintenance. This OTFAOC modifies the previous justification by extending the ordering period of the current CTSS III contract from April 9, 2024 to November 8, 2024. The follow-on CTSS IV contract was awarded in September 2021 but is currently under protest, necessitating the extension of the CTSS III contract to ensure continued service. The follow-on CTSS IV solicitation was posted on SAM.gov in December 2022, with proposals received on May 22, 2023 and currently under evaluation.
