Subject: USAID RFP M-OAA-DCHA-DOFDA-09-567, Analytical Services III IQC
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) requests proposals for analytical services. The contract(s) awarded under this RFP will be follow-ons to the following contracts:
DFD-I-00-04-00227-00 ARD, Inc.
DFD-I-00-04-00228-00 Management Systems International DFD-I-00-04-00229-00 Democracy International, Inc.
USAID is issuing this RFP as the current IQC’s are reaching their formal expiration dates.
Upon award of new contract(s) under this RFP, no new task orders will be awarded under the prior contracts. Existing task orders will continue in force.
Contract(s) resulting from this RFP will be indefinite quantity contract (IQC) time and materials (T&M) type awards. USAID estimates awarding approximately four contracts, including two (2) unrestricted and two (2) small business set-aside awards.
USAID anticipates that the maximum ordering limitation of the contracts resulting from this RFP will be $75,000,000 over the 5 year ordering period. Note that this ceiling applies across all contracts and cannot be exceeded in the aggregate; each successful contractor will be eligible to compete for task orders until the shared ceiling for all contracts is reached.
Note that there is no guarantee on the number of contracts awarded or the number of orders that any one firm will receive beyond the minimum stated in the RFP.
Sincerely, /s/
Joseph Lentini
Contracting Officer
Office of Acquisition and Assistance
