This document is a Fort Irwin Contractor/Commercial Vendor Access Request memorandum dated 7 July 2023, specifically focused on granting installation access for a contractor named Robert A. Johnson. The access request is associated with a related federal contract opportunity (Solicitation Number: W911YN-25-Q-A027) for the National Training Center (NTC) involving 15 Passenger Van leasing.
The memorandum details specific identification requirements for installation access, including acceptable forms of identification such as enhanced driver's licenses, passports, DA Form 1602, and Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC). The document emphasizes that non-REAL ID compliant driver's licenses may require supplementary identity documents or escort.
