About this file

This is a Quick Quote document issued by Collier County's Emergency Medical Services Division and Emergency Management Division in Florida for the procurement of medical grade oxygen and related services. The county seeks qualified vendors to supply medical grade oxygen in multiple tank sizes (ranging from D-size to T-size cylinders) for transport on ambulances and emergency response vehicles, along with hydrostatic testing, delivery, and retrieval services. The estimated annual spending is approximately $12,000, though this may vary. The county requires weekly service to primary stations located in Naples, with capability for emergency deliveries during disasters or mass casualty events. Questions regarding the Quick Quote must be submitted by January 7, 2026, at 5:00 PM, with quote responses due by January 13, 2026, at 3:00 PM through the county's online procurement portal. The resultant purchase order is intended for recurring services through September 30, 2026.

Pricing proposals must be all-inclusive of fuel surcharges, maintenance fees, and delivery costs, with detailed line-item breakouts for refill pricing, concentrator rentals, hazmat fees, delivery charges, tank rental, and hydrostatic testing. The award will be made to the lowest responsive vendor. The contractor must maintain all required certifications including Florida Department of Rehabilitative Services and FDA certification, provide workers' compensation and liability insurance with Collier County named as additional insured, and maintain three contact persons available for 24-hour emergency response. The vendor questionnaire requires proof of insurance, E-Verify registration, Florida Sunbiz registration, and a completed W-9 form. No exceptions to the county's purchase order terms and conditions will be accepted, and all goods shall be delivered FOB destination.
