About this file

This document is a Price Sheet for the MED53 Influenza Vaccine contract for the 2019-2020 flu season, issued by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MDPH) Immunization Program. The Price Sheet requests bids for quadrivalent influenza vaccines in various packaging types and doses, including single-dose prefilled syringes, multi-dose vials, and high-dose and adjuvanted vaccines for individuals 65 and older. The total estimated requirement ranges from 10,000 to 55,000 doses across the different line items. Bidders must enter pricing information, product details, and supply availability for each line item. All vaccines must be recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) for the 2019-2020 season, and the bid prices will be fixed for the duration of any resulting contract.

Regarding pricing, the Price Sheet specifies that the bid price must include the federal excise tax. The MDPH Immunization Program may choose not to purchase doses on this state contract, but other state agencies, cities, and towns will be able to purchase doses for their own use. Bidders may bid on multiple products for each line item, but must offer the same price for the same vaccine across different line items.
