About this file
This document is a Notice of Intent to Award from the Michigan Department of Technology, Management & Budget (DTMB) Printing Services for Request for Quote (RFQ) #25*0568, specifically for MDHHS Oscoda PFAS Metal Dibond Signage with Hardware & Poles. The project involves procuring 11 sets of signage, with a print consultant contact of Brad Schumann available at 517-636-6143. The bidding process evaluated multiple vendors on criteria including turnaround price, printed in Michigan experience, and overall value to the state.
Four vendors submitted bids: Rotary Multiforms ($2,180.50), Foresight ($2,312.08), Shayleslie ($3,025.00), and Smart Source ($4,625.80). Foresight was recommended as the vendor offering the best value, with a 5-working-day turnaround and meeting all evaluation criteria. The Department reserves the right to perform the work in-house or select an alternative vendor if a higher bid provides better overall value. Vendors seeking to protest the award must submit their objection electronically through Vendor Self Service by the posted deadline, with any late submissions (even 0.01 seconds after) being automatically disqualified.
