About this file
This is a Notice of Intent to Award from the Michigan Department of Technology, Management & Budget (DTMB) Printing Services for a printing project requested by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS). The project involves the production of dioxins signage measuring 12 by 18 inches, with a total quantity of 40 units. The RFQ number is 26-0045. No specific response dates, due dates, site visits, or bidders' conferences are mentioned in the document. The recommended vendor is SHAYLESLIE, and an actual award will be issued by Printing Services after an order is received and the decision to issue the project to the recommended vendor is confirmed.
The evaluation considered three bidders with pricing ranging from $4,975.00 to $5,267.56. SHAYLESLIE, the recommended vendor, submitted the lowest bid at $4,975.00 with a 10-business-day turnaround and a 25-year price hold. The evaluation criteria included price, turnaround time, whether the work would be printed in Michigan, and relevant printing experience. SHAYLESLIE met all evaluation criteria and was selected as offering the best value to the State of Michigan. Printing Services reserves the right to perform the work in-house if elected. Protests of the award must be submitted electronically through the Vendor Self Service system within the deadline posted on the Notice of Intent to Award. Questions regarding the project should be directed to Brad Schumann at 517-636-6143 or schumannb@michigan.gov.
