Ochoco NF – adoption center material specifications August 2021

1. 6’Hx12’W panels

a. 1.9” high tensile 16 gauge tubing with 50,000 P.S.I. yield strength

b. self-contained connecting pins for easy interlocking

c. Components are compatible with each other and have the same features

d. Spring-activated gate latches

e. 2″ standard pipe hinges

d. Gate has spring loaded plunger latch

e. Gate equipped with strap hinges mounted on ¼ x 2 x 16 inch strap w pre-punched holes

f. Strap hinges mount on hinge collars and retainer rings fabricated from 2 inch standard pipe

8. 2 way POSTS

a. Posts 6 feet tall

b. 2 inch standard pipe (Schedule 40 - .154 wall thickness)

c. 15 inch special formed dropped pins to receive WW panel or gate

d. Pins fabricated from 5/8 inch round steel bar and secured by 2 formed clips 1 ¾ inch long and 1 clip 1 inch long fabricated from 1/8 inch steel.

e. Posts with two-way pins for receiving more than one panel or gate
