About this file
This is a Market Survey issued by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Weapons Support - Columbus for the purposes of gathering supplier feedback prior to issuing a solicitation for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The survey is dated April 2, 2026, with responses due within five business days (by April 10, 2026). The contract specialist is Mia Proskurenko, reachable at (614) 980-6151 or Mia.Proskurenko@dla.mil.
The survey seeks detailed information across seven major categories to inform solicitation development. Section I addresses general company interest, including business size and status (large/small, manufacturer/dealer), SBA certifications, employee count, parent company information, and independence from original equipment manufacturers. Section II focuses on commercial item status, catalog pricing, and commercial sales history requirements. Sections III and IV address logistics preferences, including Free on Board (FOB) point selection and delivery requirements such as maximum/minimum order quantities and estimated delivery times. Section V addresses certified cost or pricing data requirements, noting that contracts over $2,000,000 may require such documentation. Section VI seeks information on Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) capability and pricing preferences—either firm fixed price for all contract years or annual adjustments based on the Producer Price Index. The survey concludes with a section for optional final comments and requests company name, CAGE code, phone number, and respondent signature.
