MARKET SURVEY QUESTIONNAIRE FOR INDEFINITE DELIVERY CONTRACT
This document is a market survey questionnaire issued by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Weapons Support on October 28, 2026, to solicit preliminary information from potential suppliers regarding a planned Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC). The questionnaire addresses pressure switches (NSN 5930-01-324-5328) currently sourced from Cameron Energy Services Corp. (CAGE 05991) under three part numbers: 115659122FN23, 20BCXXX0250A5ABAXX03, and P-1-29-16. The anticipated contract structure includes a standard three-year base period with the possibility of two to four option years, with delivery orders issued as needed against negotiated terms and pricing. The government will establish a guaranteed minimum order value ranging from 1% to 10% of forecasted annual demand. This is not a request for proposal or quote but rather preliminary market research to inform solicitation development.
The questionnaire requests detailed information from potential suppliers across seven primary sections: company details and business status, commercial item determination, pricing and cost data requirements, IDC interest and period structure, delivery capabilities and timeframes, guaranteed minimum impact on pricing, and quantity discount availability. Respondents should address whether items are sold commercially without modification, provide published pricing catalogs or sales history, submit complete technical drawings, and identify maximum deliverable quantities and minimum delivery order requirements. The government specifically notes that un-redacted commercial sales history and drawings may be marked proprietary and confidential, will be used only for price reasonableness evaluation, and will be protected as source selection information. Responses are requested within seven business days. The contract specialist is Caitlin Ferry, DLA Weapons Support, reachable at (614) 915-4964 or caitlin.ferry@dla.mil.

SUBJECT: Indefinite Delivery Contract Market Research Questionnaire
This is NOT a request for quote/proposal. DLA Weapons Support is considering a solicitation and subsequent award of an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC), a type of Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC)*.
*Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC): These contracts are intended for use with item(s)/NSN(s) for which recurring demands are anticipated, and as a means of reducing the time and expense required to solicit and make repetitive individual awards. Establishment of an IQC (called a “Basic Contract”) will permit future Purchase Requests (PR) to be awarded by issuing a delivery order against the basic contract. All terms, conditions, and pricing are negotiated/awarded up front with the basic, allowing the delivery order to be issued quickly. Most contract terms will be for a one (1) up to a three (3) year base period with the possibility of two (2), up to four (4) option years. The item(s)/NSN(s) on the contract will be ordered on each delivery order (DO) on an as needed basis. The delivery order quantities are estimated based on previous and forecasted demands, and the contractor will be guaranteed a minimum order value as specified in the contract.
The following item(s) are being considered for possible solicitation:
