Description of Work Required: This Design-Build contract is for base building (i.e., warm lit shell) and minimal tenant fit out for a new, five (5) levels parking garage with a total amount of 1,250 parking spaces of which 1,100 spaces would be within the permanent parking structure and 150 spaces will be within a temporary surface lot. substructure (i.e., foundations, slab on grade, excavation, and retaining walls); core and shell (i.e., floor construction, roof construction, exterior walls, exterior windows, and exterior doors); tenant fit out (i.e., access control, interior doors, and finishes); and landscaping. All building work shall conform to GSA Design and Construction Excellence requirements.

The North America Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 236220 – Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. PSC Code is Z2LZ – Repair or Alteration of Parking Facilities.
