About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) from the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) within the Department of Health and Human Services. The RFI asks companies to provide details on their NAICS code, socio-economic status, experience with CCEE licensing research, data collection and analysis, data visualization, and communication of complex licensing information to various stakeholders. Companies are asked to indicate their interest in submitting a proposal and whether they have an accounting system capable of receiving a cost reimbursable contract. The RFI also includes a draft Performance Work Statement that outlines the key objectives of the potential future contract. Responses to the RFI are due by 3:00 pm Eastern on April 25, 2024 and should be emailed to the specified Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer.
