About this file
This document contains a market research questionnaire for medical respite agencies in Solano or Contra Costa County, California. It relates to a forthcoming pre-solicitation notice from the Department of Veterans Affairs for medical respite care services in Contra Costa County under solicitation number 36C26123Q0904. The pre-solicitation provides advance notice of the agency's intent to solicit proposals for medical respite care to support homeless veterans integrated into permanent housing.
