About this file
This document is a Market Research Questionnaire issued by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support for a Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) Tailored Logistics Support (TLS) program. The solicitation seeks to identify potential vendors capable of supplying a comprehensive range of MRO items for worldwide military and federal agency support, including categories such as HVAC supplies, plumbing equipment, electrical products, tools, construction supplies, pre-fabricated structures, security items, communication devices, appliances, and facility maintenance-related equipment.
The questionnaire comprehensively explores vendor capabilities across six key areas: company background, commerciality, item availability, delivery capabilities, pricing structures, and quality/warranty practices. Specific areas of interest include vendor's business size, SAM registration, delivery worldwide, ability to handle emergency and surge requirements, pricing stability, minimum/maximum order quantities, commercial warranties, and product quality standards. The market research is designed to gather procurement-sensitive information to inform a future indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, with potential worldwide distribution to Department of Defense installations, federal agencies, and authorized customers.
