MARKET RESEARCH QUESTIONNAIRE

Jewish Rabbi Services MDC Los Angeles

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is conducting market research in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 10. The Bureau of Prisons, Metropolitan Detention Center, Los Angeles (MDCLA), CA has a requirement for a Jewish Religious Services. The services will be performed at the MDC Los Angeles, in accordance to the Statement of Work (SOW). This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. SOLICITATIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. It is anticipated that a solicitation will be issued on or around May 1, 2022 using NAICS code 813110 - Religious Organizations. The requirement for these services will consist of an estimated 104 sessions per year. Each session is defined as one (1) hour in length. A mutually agreed upon schedule will be developed by the Chaplain after contract award. The schedule may include some weekend and/or evening hours based on program needs. The performance period will be for a base year, period from the Effective Date of Award (EDOA) through 12 months from the EDOA, and four (4) 12-month option periods for renewal at the unilateral discretion of the Government.

All potential quoters are advised if a solicitation is issued it will include the clause at FAR 52.212-4 (July 2013) for Commercial Items.
