The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) is conducting market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 10. A single solicitation will be issued for Cooling Towers Replacement. The FBOP, United States Penitentiary (USP Lee) located at Hickory Flats Road, Pennington Gap, VA 24277 intends to make a single award to a responsible entity that will provide all necessary equipment, labor, materials to replace two cooling towers.
This market research questionnaire is for information purposes only. The described requirement may or may not be included in the subsequent solicitation.
A summary of the requirements is as follows: (NOTE: Requirements are subject to change)
The contractor will provide labor, equipment and materials needed to complete the project. The work includes, but is not limited to the following:
Demo of 2 existing cooling towers and construction of 2 new cooling towers
