MARKET RESEARCH QUESTIONNAIRE

Life Connection Program Facilitator-FCI Milan

Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Milan, Michigan

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) is conducting market research in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 10. The service is for the provision of Life Connection Program Facilitator.

The services will be provided at the Federal Correctional Institution (hereinafter referred to as FCI) Milan, Michigan 48160. The physical address is 4000 East Arkona Road, Milan Michigan 48160. The Contract shall consist of a base year and four (4) 12 months option years. It is estimated that the following sessions will be needed for each year: Approximately 1080 Base year 1040, 1440 sessions/year and approximately 720 6 months ext for LCP Facilitator. The NAICS Code is 813110. The size standard is $8.0 million.
