The test adapters will accelerate capacity testing of emergency battery power supplies from the standard eight to twelve hours down to a maximum of four hours at the intermediate and depot maintenance levels.

MANDATORY SHIPPING DOCUMENTS:
Place a Copy of ALL Shipping documents, Packing lists, and Tracking documents inside each container and to the outside of each container
1) Packing List Document
a. Information must consist of but not limited to:
i. Vendor Name
ii. Vendor Contact Information
iii. Vendor ID
iv. Date
v. Purchased Order No#
vi. Contract No#
vii. Contract Modification No#
viii. Ship From Address
ix. Ship To Address
x. Carrier, Method, Shipping Terms and Delivery Date
xi. Items Packed for Shipping:
1. Line
2. Quantity
3. Description (CLIN, REQUISTION #, NSN, CAGE, P/N, S/N, Item and Weight)
4. Packed By Name
5. Signature and Date
2) Tracking Documents (i.e. FEDEX, DHL, USPS etc…)
3) All Shipping documents, Packing lists, and Tracking documents shall be sealed in water resistant envelopes
4) Secured to the exterior of the container, palletized unit load, or unpacked item in the most protected location
5) Certificate of Conformances (CoC)
6) Bill of Lading (BOL)
7) Receiving Report or (DD 250 Manual document) - must have all information list under the Packing List requirements list above)
Place a Copy of ALL Shipping documents, Packing lists, and Tracking documents inside each container and to the outside of each container
