| Attachment E: Labor Categories and Hourly Rates |
| Instructions for offerors: Per the requirements of solicitation no. 202501, "MACPAC Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract for Fiscal Years 2026-2035", offerors must propose fully-loaded, fixed hourly rates for all personnel potentially assigned to tasks under this contract for the five-year base period covering fiscal years 2026–2030 (October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2030). The offeror does not need to propose rates for all labor categories if the offeror does not have employees that fit into every category. Offerors must map its proposed rates to the following labor categories found in Table 1 below; descriptions for labor categories can be found in Section 1.3 of the solicitation. |
Fully burdened labor rates are defined as hourly rates that include wages, overhead, general and administrative expenses, and profit. All fully burdened firm fixed price labor rates shall be rounded to the nearest cent.
