The Contractor shall submit to the Contracting Officer (KO) and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) a report of recommended changes to software, hardware, components, equipment, documents, drawings, etc that effect the baseline configuration no later than 15 days after the end of each fiscal year quarter. Actual requests for Configuration Changes will be based on the Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) process addressed in paragraphs 3.3.3 and 3.3.4 of this work item. The Configuration Management Report shall be submitted quarterly, regardless of whether any configuration changes existed for the quarter. In the event there are no changes, a report shall be submitted attesting to the fact.
3.3.1.1 Changes to the baseline are categorized in the following priority:
Priority 1 - Changes as a result of CASREPs/casualties or Technical publication/drawing changes. Where priority one changes are identified, the Contractor will have been authorized to submit an Engineering Change Proposal as a deliverable, if applicable, through the Task Order at the time of the CASREP response, to identify and capture the baseline configuration changes. The results shall be then reflected in the Configuration Management Report for the resultant quarter.
