About this file

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Joint Interoperability of Tactical Command and Control Systems (JINTACCS) services issued by the United States Marine Corps. The solicitation (M68909-25-Q-7703) is a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a base year and four option years, targeted at small businesses. The primary objective is to provide professional engineering services supporting the integration, validation, and certification of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, and Intelligence (C5I) and Tactical Data Systems.

Key details include a quote submission deadline of 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on 27 March 2025, with questions due by 13 March 2025. The contract period runs from 26 April 2025 to 25 April 2030, with each period being 12 months. The solicitation requires offerors to provide a technical proposal demonstrating understanding of JINTACCS requirements, personnel qualifications with at least five individuals having five or more years of experience, and a pricing proposal. The contract will be awarded on a best-value basis, considering technical understanding, personnel qualifications, past performance, and price, with technical factors being significantly more important than price.
