Aggregate Requirements ISO MCED-P 23.2

Salient Characteristics: 4100 Loose Cubic Yards (LCY) of 2 inch minus limestone aggregate

Required Delivery Date: 20 December 2023 – 1 February 2024

Delivery Location: Link up with the Site Manager and Technical Point of Contact to coordinate the delivery process in alignment with the execution plan IVO the Peleliu Airfield.

Delivery Mode Notes: Barge and dump trucks required for delivery.

Delivery Hours: 0800-1800 Monday – Friday.

Additional Delivery Notes:

All aggregate deliveries will be performed in accordance with guidance and direction of the Technical POC or Site Manager. Due to the volume requested, multiple trips are required to deliver the aggregate.

It is recommended that the contractor utilize multiple dump trucks for delivery. Deliveries will be performed in a spread dump in succession manner starting at the point at which the previous delivery ended. The Contractor is responsible for operators, full maintenance, repairs, spare parts or replacement, and fuel, as required for all equipment utilized and delivered in support of this requirement. Contractor must coordinate with the Technical POC or Site Manager at a minimum of three business days prior to any aggregate deliveries.
