Questions and Answers Q1: Is this is a follow-on requirement or a new contract? If it is a follow on contract, could you please provide the incumbent contract number and the awarded price?

A1: New requirement.

Q2: How many people are currently working under this contract?

A2: New requirement.

Q3: How many people are required to perform under this contract?

A3: Currently only one is needed Q4: Please confirm if this requirement is a full-time or part-time position?

A4: Full Time Q5: PWS paragraph 3.3.2 states:

3.3.2. The incumbent may be required to deploy up to one week per month to support Combatant Commander (COCOM), MARFORSOUTH training and or conference requirements.

- Please confirm the location wherein the contractor employee needs to be deploy?

- Who will cover the cost(s) of the said travel?

- It says up to one week per month, please confirm if this will happen every year?

Q6: PWS paragraph 3.3.3 states:

3.3.3. The incumbent may be required to deploy in excess of two weeks during exercises or contingency operations.

- Please confirm the location wherein the contractor employee needs to be deploy?

- Who will cover the cost(s) of the said travel?

- Please confirm this deployment will be how many times in a year?

A5/A6: Government will cover, Government related travel. Mission will detact how often travel is required. South America and United States is location for Travel Q7: Is the Government requiring the offeror/vendor to have a Facility Security Clearance at the time of award?

A7: Yes Q8: If a TS FCL is required, then will the Government require all responses to include proof that their company has such a clearance?

A8: Proof will be needed to be provided with offer.

Q9: Will there be separate Task Orders issued for travel based on ROMs provided by the contractor post-award and when travel is required or is the Government anticipating offerors to include the estimated cost of travel with the quotes?

If the latter is anticipated, is there a NTE amount or a list of travel locations with amount of days in order to have accurate estimates?

A9: Government will add NTE for travel.

Q10: Can the GOV confirm the due date of the responses-is it 16 Mar 24 at 1500CST per the SF 1449 or 20 March (listed as the closing date on the synopsis)?

A10: Solicitation will be amended to close 23 March 2024 Q11: Does the government intend on providing submission instructions for this acquisition? Currently, there are no instructions posted on SAM.gov.
