Solicitation M67861-19-Q-0301 Q & A

Question: Will the lodging rooms need to be double or single occupancy? Approximately how many are anticipated to be used – About 160?

Answer: The rooms are to be single occupancy. It is anticipated that 120 nights will be used over three days in Columbus, OH. It is anticipated that 120 nights will be used over three days in Boston, MA. It is anticipated that 120 nights will be used over three days in Fort Collins, CO. It is anticipated that 160 nights will be used over four days in Chicago, IL.

Disclosure: The Government does not guarantee usage of the anticipated hotel rooms and shall not be held liable for the cost of unused rooms.

Question: Can we send in a quote for only a few location we can bid on or do we need to bid on all locations?

Answer: Yes, you may submit quotes for idividual locations.

Disclosure: The Government reserves the right to make award solely on initial quotes received;

the Government will consider multiple awards. Single awards may be made for each geographic location. Only one award will be made per location.

Question: Do all lodging rooms need to be at per diem pricing?

Answer: Yes, all lodging rooms need to be at the per diem pricing.

Question: When will each session start and when are they expected to be over?

Answer: Please refer to diagram below. Numbers (i.e. 2.1) correspond to coorelating tasks (i.e.

2.1) in the SOW (statement of work).

* 2.1 - 06:00 AM to 03:30 PM

* 2.2 - 06:00 AM to 06:00 PM

* 2.3 - 06:00 AM to 06:00 PM

* 2.4 - 06:00 AM to 06:00 PM

* 2.5 - 06:00 AM to 06:00 PM

* 2.6 - 06:00 AM to 06:00 PM

* 2.7 - 06:00 AM to 06:00 PM

* 2.8 - 06:00 AM to 06:00 PM

* 2.9 - 08:00 AM to 03:00 PM (Not on event day)
