About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers attachment for the USMC Rifle Team solicitation (M67854-25-Q-5211), containing three specific industry questions and corresponding government responses. The key details include clarifications about projectile requirements, specifically that the solicitation requires three distinct bullets, all of which are brand-specific with no substitutions allowed and no polymer-tipped bullets permitted. Additional clarifications address ammunition specifications, including confirmation that the Atlanta Arms Elite 9mm - 124 gr JHP is a complete round, and that the Hodgdon H430 powder should actually be referenced as H4350.
